UK conveyor belt sushi chain Yo! Sushi announced Tuesday it will form the world’s largest sushi company outside of Japan through a merger with Houston, Texas-based operator Snowfox.
Snowfox operates 700 sushi kiosks in the United States, serving large US retailers and club stores such as Kroger, Walmart and Sam's Club.
The merger will mean Yo! Sushi will add SnowFox to a group that already includes Canada's Bento Sushi and London-based sushi supplier Taiko Foods, Yahoo Finance reports. The company's sales will be valued at $425 million (376.1
