Amazon-owned Whole Foods Market on Wednesday said it would be selling the first-ever plant-based alternative to raw tuna in select sushi venues in Los Angeles and New York.
Ahimi, a tomato-based product created by Ocean Hugger Foods, was crafted to replicate the taste and texture of ahi tuna.
Ahimi will roll into stores on Nov. 1 in nigiri and roll combos and a California roll.
