As demand for traceability and transparency continues, solutions continue to knock on the door of the seafood industry, and innovative startup Yorso is targeting the industry's trading processes.
"Online trading is the new world," CEO Anton Trantin told IntraFish. "You cannot say this market does not exist."
The company was recently awarded by accelerator Fish 2.0, as a Top Innovator for Ocean and Seafood Technology. Yorso is an online, international business-to-business wholesale seafood marketplace that was founded six years ago, back when, according to Trantin, online trading solutions were non-existent.
