This week, IntraFish Business Reporters Demi Korban and Nina Unlay tried Sea Chips, the new UK-based salmon skin crisps. Sea Chips rolled out at Sainsbury’s across the UK and have already expressed plans for expansion in the United States.

The 20-gram packs, which retail for £1.50 (€1.30/$1.20) come in three flavors: Salt & Vinegar, Lime & Chili, and Lightly Salted.

Sea Chips has been vocal about the “love it or hate it” quality of their crisps, making comparisons to Marmite and other divisive snacks.
