Barramundi supplier Kuhlbarra worked with Henry Funes of Columbus Hospitality Group and Marcy Bemiller of Candor Seafood to successfully get Kuhlbarra brand barramundi on the menu at Boston's Ostra restaurant.

The product is doing so well, Joep Staarman, managing director of Kuhlbarra told IntraFish, that Ostra is keeping it on the menu after the show.

The company has high hopes for the US market and said it believes annual sales of the barramundi it farms could surge to 6 million kg a year by 2019 from about 500,000 kg of fish last year, reports The
