UK’s major sushi chains grow as category surges

The United Kingdom’s three major high street sushi players all enjoyed a surge in revenues during 2015, and are looking to take this growth to the next level by expanding abroad – most notably in the United States.

According to all three companies’ latest financial results, overseas expansion seems to be the way to go with buoyant UK sales.

Sushi Holdings 1 Limited is the ultimate holding company of the largest of the three chains, more recognizably known as YO! Sushi. The group controls various subsidiaries including YO! Sushi Group; YO! Sushi Limited; YO! Sushi UK Limited; YO! Sushi Americas Limited; YO! Sushi USA; YO! Sushi Florida; YO! Sushi Boston; and YO! Sushi New York.
