Thailand’s MK Restaurant Group will purchase a 65 percent stake in the Lam Charoen Seafood chain for THB 2.06 billion (€61.4 million/$67.5 million), reports Retail News Asia.

Lam Chaoren has 26 branches across Thailand.

The acquisition is expected to close by December, and will take place through the MK Restaurant Group's subsidiary Catapult, funded by working capital.
