Since September of last year, Rob Hallion has been dealing with additional tariffs on seafood imports from China, part of President Donald Trump's trade-war tariffs imposed on what is now estimated to be $550 billion (€495.7 billion) worth of targeted Chinese goods.

It hasn't been easy. Hallion's frozen seafood supply company has built a business in China over the past 20 years sourcing tilapia, shrimp, squid and crab meat from the country. In September 2018, the tariff was at 10 percent.
