San Francisco-based seafood supplier CleanFish has been sold to Boston-based Sea 2050, a holding company for Wulf's Fish.
“This is an exciting and forward move for CleanFish,” said CleanFish Founder Dale Sims. “This change allows us to grow and expand our mission of identifying and supporting aquaculture operations and wild capture fisheries that are committed to the principles of sustainability, respect for the environment as stewards of our ocean’s resources and maintain the highest animal welfare standards.”
Sims told IntraFish his role with the company will not change as a result of the sale.
