Saucy Fish expands frozen range in Sainsbury’s

Icelandic Seachill-owned The Saucy Fish Co. is expanding its range of frozen fishcakes, launching a new Thai Spiced saucy centered fishcake in more than 370 Sainsbury’s stores across the United Kingdom.

Since venturing into freezer aisles across the UK eight months ago, Saucy Fish has helped to grow Sainsbury’s frozen fish sales incrementally.

The strong demand for the brand’s saucy centered frozen fishcakes has led to the introduction of new Thai Spiced Fishcakes with a Red Chilli & Coconut Centre.
