Salmon pack bites back

THE name on everyone's lips this year at the Prix d'Elite was Bear Biter - a line of cold smoked, MSC-certified, wild sockeye salmon strips marinated in a variety of innovative flavours: herb butter, plum & cognac, lemon pepper, balsamic & mustard, hot mango, honey mustard, pepper, and natural. The ready-to-eat strips are packed under modified atmosphere in a transparent retail pack, giving the retail consumer a full view of the product.
