Royal Greenland plans to step up efforts to expand market share for its frozen seafood products in the French market.

The company is keen to replicate sales in more established markets such as the United Kingdom and Germany for cod products under its "Nutaaq" label.

Royal Greenland is also aiming to increase sales of coldwater shrimp and trawler-caught, Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)-approved halibut, as well as snow crab, lobster and scallops from its Canadian Quin-Sea division.
