Magallanes-based Chilean salmon producer Nova Austral will introduce its new farmed salmon premium brand Sixty South at the Seafood Expo in Boston next week.

The name Sixty South responds to the farm’s location and the origin of the salmon, raised free of antibiotic and pesticides.

Nova Austral is the first Chilean producer to offer Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC)-certified salmon never treated with antibiotic all year round.
