The Monterey Bay Seafood Watch program has launched a food truck to promote "ocean-friendly bites that support better fishing and farming practices today," with events occuring throughout the San Francisco Bay area from July through September.

According to the nonprofit's website,menu options will include sustainable fish tacos, bahn mi and butter lettuce wraps, with vegan options as well.

Cajun-style tacos, chile-lime lettuce wraps or tamarind banh mi, all made with West Coast rockfish, a sustainable, green-rated seafood considered a “Best Choice” by the aquarium will be on the menu, reports The Mercury News.
