An unassuming family-owned seafood company in Ohio now has a direct connection with a European Commission's ongoing investigation into alleged collusion among Norway's largest farmed salmon producers.

On Tuesday, Euclid Fish Company filed a class action lawsuit against multiple salmon farming companies, alleging price fixing in the US market as well.

The fourth-generation, family-owned Ohio company dates back to 1944, and is owned by John C. Young and his wife, Terrie Young. The company is a broadline distributor serving Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
