EIF's sale of Icelandic Seachill to UK firm Hilton Food Group last Wednesday marked the last remaining physical entity of Icelandic Group, so you’d be forgiven if you thought the saga was winding down.

But one last thing still remains to be sold off: the group’s trademark.
