German land-based shrimp producer Crusta Nova is looking back at a couple successful years. Starting out as an idea and a small fish tank in a bedroom in 2012, is now the market leader for fresh shrimp in Germany and Austria.
And the business is diversifying: In May 2018, it added a trading division for high-quality seafood to its operations.
Fabian Riedel, managing partner at Crusta Nova, described the company's new trading division as a "contemporary trading concept," dubbed Crusta Nova Superior Seafood.
