Mike Easterbrook, the former managing director of Mitsubishi-owned Princes in the United Kingdom, is joining Atlantic Natural Foods -- the producers of vegan tuna brand Tuno -- as its European representative in July.
In his role, Easterbrook will lead the strategic European roll out of a number of Atlantic Natural Foods’ plant-based products, including the Loma Linda brand, "neat," and Tuno, a plant-based seafood/tuna alternative that will be launched in the UK market later this year.
