Findus has shipped its first frozen Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certified seabream to its stores across Italy.
"Our first frozen ASC certified seabream left our warehouses in Italy on its way to our customers, consumers, and fish lovers," Group Sustainability Manager at Nomad Foods Europe Oliver Spring wrote in a posting on LinkedIn.
Earlier this month European retail giants Migros and Lidl also rolled out ASC-certified seabream products.
