Spanish hotel chain Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has hired Adriana Sanchez as its responsible seafood strategy director.

Sanchez joins Iberostar’s "Wave of Change" team from her role as business development manager at Fair Trade USA.

Sanchez comes to the role with 10 years of experience working with seafood supply chains and supporting global fishery improvement projects (FIPs). Prior to Fair Trade, she worked as the sustainability director of Florida-based seafood supplier Sea Delight.
