The Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation (AFDF) is on the hunt for new product submissions for its 25th annual Alaska Symphony of Seafood competition in November.
The Alaska Symphony of Seafood contest rewards the best new value-added products made from Alaska seafood. The overall goal is to inspire innovative ways to fully utilize and increase the value of Alaska’s seafood.
This year, in response to requests from seafood companies, the timeline for the call for product and judging has been moved up.
