US seafood supplier CleanFish has appointed Will Rogers as its new west coast sales and operations manager, and promoted Karim Machi to director of purchasing.
Machi is the longest serving member of the CleanFish team and has worked with chefs across the country, leading sales throughout the west. He will now be the key contact with producers on purchasing.
Rogers is new to the company and comes with a background in sales and business development roles at Icicle Seafoods, Keyport and Blue Harvest Fisheries.
