Thai Union’s Chicken of the Sea won the Best Tuna award in People magazine’s first food awards for its Basil Infusions tuna, a new product launched earlier this year to reinvent the tuna category.
The Basil Infusions tuna is skipjack caught in different oceans mainly by purse seiners, and can be traced back all the way from fishing vessel to final product.
