Chris Lischewski, president and CEO of Bumble Bee Food has been indicted by a federal grand jury in California for his role in a conspiracy to fix prices for canned tuna sold in the United States, the Justice Department said on Wednesday.

He is the fourth person to be charged in the federal price-fixing probe.

The indictment, filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco, charges Lischewski with participating in a conspiracy to fix prices of packaged seafood beginning in or about November 2010 until December 2013.
