A day after the indictment of Bumble CEO Chris Lischewski on felony charges related to his alleged role in a massive conspiracy to fix prices of canned tuna sold in US supermarkets, it remains unclear whether the CEO will keep his job at the tuna giant.

In a statement sent to IntraFish, Jill Irvin, senior vice president and general counsel for Bumble Bee Seafood, did not directly say whether Lischewski would be asked to step down, but she did hint of an impending board action on the matter.
