US restaurant chain Bonefish Grill said it has added "new and unique"seafood offerings to its weekend brunch menu.
Among the additions are Crab Cake Rancheros, a Maryland-style crab cake and Seafood Johnny Cakes, savory corn-based mini pancakes blended with roasted shrimp and bay scallops.
Diners can now also choose from Saucy Shrimp and Grits , shrimp sautéed with sun-dried tomatoes and Kalamata olives in a lime-tomato garlic sauce.
In addition, the chain is featuring BFG Tuna Steak and Eggs," a play on traditional steak and eggs."
