Spanish value-added seafood company Angulas Aguinaga launched a new ready-to-eat range under its new trademark Alminuto.

The company, through its La Gula del Norte registered brand – which sells surimi-based imitation eel products, – launched its Alminuto range as a solution targeting young consumers.

The new dishes are ready-to-eat surimi eel cooked with with asparagus, ham and pasta.

The creation of this range is the result of several consumption studies that are part of the company’s focus on research and development, it said.
