Spanish value-added seafood processor Angulas Aguinaga is strengthening its foodservice position with a new range of products targeting professionals.

The company, until now focused on branded retail sales, is increasing its hotels, restaurants, and catering (HORECA) range with its new Angulas Aguinaga Profesional brand.

The new brand includes recipes and products developed over the past two years specifically for foodservice clients. With the new brand, Angulas expects foodservice sales to grow from 12 percent to 20 percent of the total sales.
