Twenty metric tons of salmon were lost as a truck carrying the fish overturned on the A82 road in Scotland on Nov. 12, BBC reported.
The local Argyll council advised anyone who finds the salmon to discard it because it might be contaminated due to the lack of chilling.
The salmon had been gutted but not yet processed.
