Four current and former employees at Norwegian salmon processor Atlantic Seafood have submitted a bankruptcy petition against the company, alleging they have not been paid salaries or holiday pay.
IntraFish has gained access to the petitions and knows the identity of the employees.
"Several people are missing salary payments some did not receive their holiday pay," one of the employees said.
"There are also people who have quit who have not received a final settlement. There has been many issues for a long time."
