Bumble Bee's former senior executives Walter Scott Cameron and Kenneth Worsham have avoided the fate of ex-CEO Chris Lischewski after a judge ruled neither should serve jail time for their knowledge of and involvement in a massive criminal tuna price-fixing case involving FCF Fishery-owned Bumble Bee, Donwgon-owned Starkist and Thai Union-owned Chicken of the Sea (COSI).

On Wednesday, US District Court Judge Edward Chen sentenced both men to three years of probation, Law360 reported. Worsham also received a fine of $25,000 (€20,633), and will be required to perform 75 hours of community service, according to the court.
