Seattle-based Trident Seafoods and Alaska Community Development Quota (CDQ) group Aleutian Pribilof Island Community Development Association (APICDA) have settled a dispute over the cost of a facility expansion in the remote community of False Pass.
Trident and APICDA subsidiary APICDA Joint Ventures on Monday issued a joint statement that the "commercial dispute" was resolved, and that the two groups would be "working with each other to strengthen their longstanding relationship and find new ways to work together."
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
