The Rhode Island-based seafood company Town Dock is suing two former employees, alleging they have violated non-compete agreements by joining New Jersey-based seafood competitor Lund's Fisheries in similar sales roles.
In a lawsuit filed in August with a Rhode Island Superior Court, Town Dock accused former employees John Fee and Michael Wallace of breaching their non-compete contracts by joining Lund's sales team, even though both were laid off by Town Dock prior to taking the new roles.
