'They should’ve had a contingency plan': Canada's Federal Government slams Mowi on Discovery Islands fish transfer request

Legal council for Canada Fisheries Minister Bernadette Jordan said Thursday the minister was following the will of the majority of First Nations in Discovery Islands by not allowing fish transfer licenses.
