The final trial deciding whether Russian Fishery Company (RFC) can continue to use the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certificate for product harvested in Russia's Sea of Okhotsk has been delayed until Dec. 21, the company confirmed to IntraFish.

A ruling, made at a preliminary hearing on Oct. 27, meant that RFC will be allowed to continue to use the MSC certificate, which comes after six companies affiliated with RFC were kicked out of the Pollock Catchers Association (PCA) for proposing ways to reform the sector in September.
