The United States Patent and Trademark Office dismissed a bid by Norwegian krill producer Aker Biomarine related to krill production, following a legal complaint from Norwegian rival krill processor Rimfrost.
"We are getting used to this being the outcome of the legal disagreements between Rimfrost and Aker Biomarine," Rimfrost owner Stig Remoy said following the verdict.
