Patagonia-backed environmental NGO Wild Fish Conservancy (WFC) is not giving up trying to block Cooke Aquaculture from operating netpens in Washington state.
On Feb. 10, WFC said it plans to sue Cooke in the next 60 days unless the company addresses what it claims are ongoing violations of the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
