Norwegian salmon farmer Mowi will appear in court in February if no agreement is made between it and local startup Powerzeek.
Bergen-based Powerzeek is suing Mowi Feed and Mowi Scotland for breach of contract.
The case concerns remuneration for services and claims for compensation.
Powerzeek has developed a digital energy platform for the transportation industry, which gives users access to price algorithms for cleaner fuel and the opportunity to buy and sell energy through a marketplace module.
The company aims to make it easier to find, buy and use cleaner energy for transport.
