National Fisheries Institute (NFI) President John Connelly on Tuesday said the sentencing of NFI's former Chairman Chris Lischewski to 40 months in federal prison for his role in wide-scale canned tuna price fixing conspiracy "closes a dark chapter but does not erase the gains his vision brought the seafood community."
