Norwegian salmon producers Mowi and Grieg seafood are rejecting allegations they fixed salmon prices in Canada.

Their statements came in response to the filing of a potential CAD 500 million (€344 million/$382 million) class action law suit in a Toronto Federal Court on Jan. 3.

Grieg Seafood, Leroy Seafood Group, Mowi, a number of their US and Canadian subsidiaries, as well as Norway's SalMar and Scottish Sea Farms are named in legal documents.
