Five former employees of Georgia-based Inland Fresh have filed a lawsuit alleging executives of the company caused an employee benefits plan to purchase the company for $92 million, "a massively inflated number," which was based on "incomplete and misleading information presented to conflicted valuation advisors without any semblance of an adequate process."

The former employees are asking a judge to approve a class action lawsuit that would apply to "all participants and beneficiaries of the Inland Fresh Seafood Corporation of America, Inc.
