First Nations counter Mowi, Cermaq and Grieg allegations against Canada's former fisheries minister

Lawyers representing several First Nations told a court that Canada’s obligations to Indigenous people was the primary -- and correct -- rationale for the decision to phase out netpen salmon farming in Discovery Islands.
