The ex-CEO of Dutch shrimp processor Heiploeg has been fined €13 million ($15.2 million) by a court for illegal price agreements made between shrimp traders and fishermen between 2000 and 2009, reports RTVNoord.
The liability proceedings against Hendrik Nienhuis are the final piece in the bankruptcy of Heiploeg in 2014, for which creditors hold Nienhuis liable.
