Court approves class certification for lawsuit claiming OBI Seafoods owes workers payment for time spent in COVID lockdown

Lawyers for OBI Seafoods, which is jointly held by Cooke and one of Alaska's community development groups, have called the former employee plaintiffs’ claims 'frivolous.'
