Kingfish producers Clean Seas Seafood settled its litigation against feed supplier Gibson’s -- trading as Skretting Australia -- following a $15 million (€13.5 million) cash injection paid to the company as settlement costs after six years of litigation.
Clean Seas will use the funds to execute its five-year strategic growth plan it recently announced on Sept 9. The funds also cancel out the need for a capital raising, which had been an overhang on the stock for the past few years.
