William Brandt, Jr., Chapter 11 trustee for beleaguered China Fishery Group International (CFGI), filed a motion with the New York bankruptcy court for the appointment of a mediator for the dispute of the Copeinca guarantee and proceedings initiated by the FTI liquidators in Hong Kong against any equity owned by the Chapter 11 trustee.
