Liquidators involved in the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings of Pacific Andes companies in the United States could be receiving a settlement over claims that subsidiary China Fishery Group (CFG) Peru, the company's Peruvian anchovy harvesting division, used at least $152 million (€136 million) in trade finance funds to help with acquiring Peruvian company Copeinca, the holding company for the group's Peruvian fishing business.
