Blue Harvest, Quinn Fisheries unable to resolve vessel dispute in mediation with Carlos Rafael trust

A trustee for former New England powerhouse Carlos Rafael, aka 'The Codfather', has been 'reticent to give his consent' so a major fishing vessel transaction can be completed.
