Alexander Tugushev and Vitaly Orlov, Russian businessmen who have been engaged in contested litigation in the High Court in London since July 2018, have settled their dispute.

The two Russian businessmen are fighting over a stake in fishing company Norebo, which made Orlov a billionaire.

Tugushev sued Orlov, a one-time friend and associate, in London for a third of the company, which he values at $350 million (€322 million).

The terms of the settlement are confidential and will not be revealed, according to a press statement.
