American Seafoods subsidiaries Kloosterboer International Forwarding LLC (KIF) and Alaska Reefer Management LLC (ARM) submitted a renewed motion to an Alaska court on Oct. 1, once again asking for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction against the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) over mounting fines that have brought the US pollock industry to a near standstill.
